Shipment processing time

All orders of car covers / outdoor car covers are processed within 1-2 business days.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 Shipping rates & delivery estimates

*“Free Shipping” applies only to the Ultimate Car Shield, Car Shield, Ultimate Bike Shield and Bike Shield and may not apply to all destinations.  If your order is eligible for “Free Shipping” you will be advised during the check-out process.

Shipping charges for other products will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In the Garage AG does not ship to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.  Some products ship in two packages due to size and/or weight restrictions.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

In the Garage AG is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

In the Garage AG is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.  Our car covers / outdoor car covers are packaged with two layers – an outer carton box to protect the integrity of the car cover and an inner PVC cover to protect against damage.
